Service Bulletins are published to address common questions and concerns that may arise during installation and use.

Advisory Notices are issued when potential problems are discovered that may affect already installed equipment, but do not require recall.

1700-SB-0102 | ConRad HF / ZooMax HF kV Adjustment

The ConRad / ZooMax generators do not have any potentiometers to adjust kV output. If necessary, the kV may be adjusted by software in Service Mode.

ADN-07001 | Milestone HF Generators Turn Off Intermittently (2007-02-12)

Some Milestone HF generators may turn off intermittently during or between exposures regardless of operating mode or conditions. The generator can then be turned on again using the ON switch on the console. The problem usually happens a few months after installation and get worse and more frequent with time.

ADN-07002 | ConRad HF / ZooMax HF Filament Feedback Sensitivity (2007-04-05)

The ZooMax HF and ConRad HF Technical Manuals incorrectly state that 1VDC on the filament feedback test point (BBU) refers to 1.3A filament current. This statement does not match the table below the statement with example values. The incorrect values are on page 58 and 60, respectively.
